Categories

This section will let you classify your ticket or customer based on each purpose.

You can access this feature by finding the button on the left of sceen.

  • Create parent category by clicking the button (1), you can also create sub-category by click the button (2).

  • In the field (3), you can use to edit the category by clicking the pen icon or delete them by clicking the bin icon.

  • All of categories you created in this section can use in Ticket (Subcription Feature) and (Help Desk).
