You can access this feature by finding the button on the left of sceen.
Create parent category by clicking the button (1), you can also create sub-category by click the button (2).
In the field (3), you can use to edit the category by clicking the pen icon or delete them by clicking the bin icon.
All of categories you created in this section can use in Ticket (Subcription Feature) and (Help Desk).
