Message with actions

This component lets you create the workflow message for your chatbot to send the reply with the message action if the customer triggers a workflow condition.

I. How to use

There are 3 parts that you need to know:

1. The message part

  • This part lets you edit the content of your workflow. You can use the format tool (1) to highlight your text for better outline.

  • (2) is the area where you can input the content.

  • (3) is the option if you want your customer to choose the action before continuing the flow.

2. The action part

  • You can add actions by clicking on the button (1) 'Add action'. Depending on your purpose, you can choose to add text or insert a link by clicking on the options in the list (2).

  • Label: This section is used to enter the name of the action button, which will display information for customers.

  • Tracking ID: To track the ID in the knowledge base

  • Link (for the option use Link in Action): This section will attach a link and send to the chatter.

3. The wait counter

  • You can customize the waiting time for customer response. If the customer does not respond within a specified time, they will no longer be able to select items from the list you've set up.

  • Every selection can connect with the other components.
