This feature will let you merge all the ticket create by your members or customers into one.

This feature will let you merge all the ticket create by your members or customers into one.

You can find this feature in 2 ways: Click the icon or Merge tab in the Edit / Update the Ticket and follow 2 step:
The selected area ticket(s): see all the ticket(s) that have been created before. By clicking on the check box decide which ticket will merge into the Target ticket (2).
Click "Merge Ticket(s) to complete the merge of the ticket(s).
The Merge tab in the Edit / Update Ticket will do the 2-steps the same as above.
