This component will let you automatically create ticket for the customer, which can manage the issue/problem and easy to handle.

By clicking on the button "Create ticket" on the WorkFlow tool, immediately add it to the whiteboard.
You can also edit this component when sending the ticket with the specific answer by using dynamic variables and text
Dynamic variables available: {{customer.name}}, {{customer.access_token}} {{customer.email}} {{customer.phone_number}} {{message.content}}.
Click "Save changes" button on the top-right of the box to save your Workflow, and "Publish" to activate this feature.
