Create Ticket

This component will let you automatically create ticket for the customer, which can manage the issue/problem and easy to handle.

  • By clicking on the button "Create ticket" on the WorkFlow tool, immediately add it to the whiteboard.

  • You can also edit this component when sending the ticket with the specific answer by using dynamic variables and text

    • Dynamic variables available: {{customer.name}}, {{customer.access_token}} {{customer.email}} {{customer.phone_number}} {{message.content}}.

  • Click "Save changes" button on the top-right of the box to save your Workflow, and "Publish" to activate this feature.
