Capture Customer Info
This component will let you collect your information of the customer. Help you to manage the clients from every platform.
By clicking the icon of the WorkFlow button
, you will be able to add the Capture customer info component.

This component will have 2 options for you to choose from when setting the component.

Use default: 5 fields that can be selected to collect the info.
Use custom form: use the form created in the Form Builder (click here to navigate this feature).
Click "Save changes" to save the workflow, and "Publish" to activate the WorkFlow for your chatbot.
You can click the "Preview" button to see the demo of this feature.
