Capture Customer Info

This component will let you collect your information of the customer. Help you to manage the clients from every platform.

  • By clicking the icon of the WorkFlow button , you will be able to add the Capture customer info component.

  • This component will have 2 options for you to choose from when setting the component.

  • Use default: 5 fields that can be selected to collect the info.

  • Use custom form: use the form created in the Form Builder (click here to navigate this feature).

  • Click "Save changes" to save the workflow, and "Publish" to activate the WorkFlow for your chatbot.

  • You can click the "Preview" button to see the demo of this feature.
