E-commerce Store

This section will let your chatbot can update the item's info on e-commerce (name, price, and stock).

  • To get more information about E-commerce Integration, please visit: Platform Integration

  • After complete integration, you can get access to the data of your E-commerce platform by going to the E-commerce Store icon ().

  1. Source: Display the imported e-commerce platform.

  2. Action tool:

    1. The pen icon: when clicking on it, there's a list that includes all of the item's info in the e-commerce platform and you can find it by using the search box.

    2. The bin icon: delete the e-commerce store.

  3. The bot: show which e-commerce store was added to the bot.

  • You can optionally remove the e-commerce store by clicking the remove store button.
