Tags

This section lets you create the tags for the Help desk and Ticket.

  • Access by clicking "Categories & Tags" -> "Tags"

  • There are 2 areas:

  1. The edit tag tool: by clicking the pen icon, you can edit the name of the tag on the "Name" field. Press the Enter button to complete.

  2. Create tag: by clicking on it, you can create the new tag, press the Enter button to complete.
