This component lets you Recap chat message in a chatbot is a feature that allows the chatbot system to summarize the content of previous conversations between the customer and the chatbot.

  • By clicking on the "Recap chat message" component, you will add a purple block to your whiteboard

  • This block has 2 purple dots. So you can connect with any blocks you want.

  • We encourage you to use this feature when your customer need to summarize the conversation. This recap message will send to customer email.

The recap message will send to your customer email once it reply this sentence.
