Saved flows

This component lets you create the workflow and use the old one to send the reply with the message action if the customer triggers a workflow condition.

I. How to use

  • By clicking on the "Saved flows" component, you will add a blue block to your whiteboard, which will let you use the old template of another workflow you have created.

= Please remember to click the "Save changes" button before leaving.

II. Examples

Use the old workflow to apply for the new one.
Example 3 workflow will use Example 2 workflow
