Workflow Components

Using Workflow's Components, you can spice up customer interactions with chatbots, making conversations lively and wonderfully genuine, so they're never dull!

  • For the first use, we would like to introduce Workflow Dashboard, here, it has components that help you to create an amazing Message Flow.

  • Each component that you add to your whiteboard. We call it "Block". Each block has 1-2 purple dots, which help you connect with the other components.

  • "Start" block can only connect with 1 block

  • Every component now will have instruction tab.
