This feature will help you update your bot's data to deliver correctly answer to your customers.
Last updated
Unanswered Questions help to list any questions asked by clients that don't have suitable answers. You can optionally update your content by clicking on any questions or delete them in case you don't need them.
If there's a question by the customer cannot be found in the Bot's Knowledge, that question will appear in the box.
To access this feature you can follow: from Dashboard -> Bots -> Bot's Knowledge -> Unanswered Questions.
Editing these unanswered questions will help your chatbot understand and respond to similar questions in the future.
When you click on the edit icon, there will be a box pop-up. It will let you know the question comes from which customers, you can also click on the name of the customer to jump to the specific client.
You may need to use the format tool to modify your content.
Click "Import Knowledge" to save your content to Bot's Knowledge.
You can decide whether to edit or delete the Unanswered Questions for every circumstance.
