Members & Permission

This section will let you manage who will grant permission of the chatbot and workspace

To find this setting, go to Settings -> Members & Permission.

  • Name column: the name of the member was added.

  • Role: see below to get more information.

  • Bots: see the member who manages the bot

  • Last active date: every change of the bot will be updated.

  • Added date: the date when the member was added.

  • Action: By clicking the icon, the member will be removed from the workspace.

There are 3 roles of permission of the workspace:

1. Admin (The highest level)

  • Admin role can get access to all the features of workspace.

2. The member

  • This level can only get access to 3 features: Bots (see all the bots workspace having), Live chat, Settings (Members and Permission - can only remove themself).

3. The bot member

  • This level can only get access to 3 features: Bots, Chat User List, and Livechat.

  • This member can also make a setting in bot's setting.
