To find this setting, go to Settings ➡️ Members & Permissions.

  1. Name column: The name of the member was added.

  2. Role: A role was established, and each member was assigned to it.

  3. Number of teams: Display the number of teams that the member belongs to.

  4. Teams: Display the name of the team that the member belongs to.

  5. Bot: Display the name of the bot that the member belongs to.

  6. Added date: Display the date when the member was added.

  7. Action: By clicking the icon, the member will be removed from the workspace.

  8. Search box: Search for member information in the workspace by email or name.

  9. Add member: Add the new member to the workspace by email.

There are 5 default roles of permission for the workspace:

1. Owner

This role will have the highest permissions within the workspace. It can edit roles, delete members, grant member access to other CX Genie modules, and transfer ownership to another user. Additionally, the role will have full access to all modules within CX Genie.

2. Admin

This role will have the highest permissions within the workspace, but they will still be below the Owner role. Users in this role can edit permissions, remove other users, and grant access to additional CX Genie modules for other members. However, there are two default modules that they cannot access: Marketplace and Subscription.

3. Senior member

This role has limited permissions within the workspace, which are lower than those of the Admin role. Users in this position can partially access certain modules of CX Genie. However, they do not have access to the Bot, Form Builder, Marketplace, and Subscription modules.

4. Member

This role has limited permissions within the workspace, which are lower than those of the Senior member role. Users in this position can access certain modules of CX Genie: Help Desk and Settings (view only).

5. Bot member

This role has limited permissions within the workspace, which are lower than those of the Member role. Users in this position can partially access certain modules of CX Genie: Help Desk, Ticket and Settings (view only).

When you switch a member from Admin/Senior member/Member to Bot member level, a new panel will pop up to determine which Bot member will belong to.

A few things CX Genie wants you to know before using:

The default module access permission settings for CX Genie include levels such as Admin, Senior Member, Member, and Bot Member. However, these settings can be fully customized according to your needs for each level. CX Genie encourages agency users or those with specific requirements to take advantage of the ability to gain deeper control over permission settings.
