This feature lets you input and organize business knowledge in article form so the bot can learn and use it to answer questions.

Steps to Use

Step 1: In the FAQs tab, click the + Article button.

Step 2: Enter the article’s title and content.

Step 3: Use Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, and normal paragraph formatting to divide your content into clear sections. This will help the bot learn more accurately.

Step 4: Use text formatting like headings, bold, bullet points, links, and images to improve clarity and readability.

Step 5: Click the Create button to submit the article for the bot to learn.

Step 6: Check the Status column. A green tick means the article is successfully learned.

Edit or Delete Articles

Edit: Click the pen icon (🖊️) next to the article to make changes to it.

Delete: Click the bin icon (🗑️) next to the article to remove it.

Quick Tips

  • Make sure the title and content are in the same language.

  • Divide your content clearly using headings to help the bot learn more accurately.

  • Adding text formatting (like bold or bullet points) makes the bot’s replies easier to read.

  • You can also add images to your article so the bot can include them in its responses.
