Feeding Information to the Bot
This section helps you teach your bot how to answer customer questions by giving it different types of information.
Steps to Use
Step 1: Once you have created a bot, go to the Bots section and open the Training Data tab.
Step 2: Choose one of the available training methods: FAQs, Articles, Documents, URLs, or Database.
