Chatbot Completion

This is an instruction to show you with 2 minutes to complete the chatbot for beginners

• To access this feature, you can find it in the bottom-right of the screen.

• After clicking, there is a tab which has 5 fields you need to know:

1. Provide detailed information about your business.

2. Add descriptions of your service or product.

• You can see how to complete 2 fields by accessing the Workspace setting.

1. Create Articles / Documents/ FAQs / URLs: you can see how to use them by clicking here.

2. Upload an avatar, change color, or set a greeting for your Chatbot: see how to use them by clicking here.

3. Integrate the Bot into different platforms for enhanced user engagement and support: see how to use them by clicking here.

After completing 5 fields, your Chatbot can work as a basic staff and will need to improve later.
