This block allows you to trigger the close conversation function based onTrigger Workflow Condition or set up by your purpose.
For example, after consulting with your client about the product, your customer wants to leave feedback. You can follow these steps:
Trigger condition by keyword: "feedback"
Connect with the collect feedback block
Choose the time response from customers
Connect with the close conversation block
The result: If your customer wants to leave feedback, they can provide their latest response within 1 day.
