Create a Bot

This section helps you quickly make a new bot by setting its name, profile picture, and welcome message.

Steps to Use

Step 1: Sign into CX Genie.

Step 2: Go to the Bots section in the left sidebar. Then click the + Create bot button.

Step 3: Enter your bot’s name, upload a profile picture, and type in the initial greeting message.

Then click Create new bot.

Choose a friendly name and a profile picture that match your brand — these are what your customers will see when chatting with the bot.
Keep the greeting short and helpful — this is the first message users will see.
