Usage report

This section will let you know the usage of each plan of your workspace.

Here is an overview of the section:

• There are 4 fields that you need to know:

• You can also to track the time you want by clicking on the top right of the page. Select the month and the year.

1. AI Spend

• This section will let you track the credits in your account which was used and have many left.

• This credit includes the Token from OpenAI.

• The number of credits can buy by clicking "Buy now". This will be kept until it's all used.

• One credit will be counted if you use any AI function (such as Training Data, detecting natural language humanized - tone, etc).

2. File Storage

• This section will let you track the storage in your account and which has many left.

• Every file uploaded in a workspace (document, image, etc) will be counted.

3. Incoming Conversations and Events

• This section will let you track every chatbot that has used the number of conversations.

• The conversation will be counted as 1 if there's one person who completes the Open-close conversation. One person can have unlimited open-close conversations. (to know what is Open - Close conversation, please visit Live Chat.

• The additional conversations will be kept only for 30 days and will be reset afterward.

4. Vector DB Storage

• This section will let you track the amount of documents was used in the Knowledge Base documents.
