#### **There will be 3 sections that you need to know**

#### **Inbox Name:**

Specify a name for your mailbox to manage it effectively. Note that this name will not alter any existing content in your mailbox.

#### **Email Synchronization:**

This section manages how your email data is synchronized from your inbox. You can select the synchronization period:

* 1 month
* 6 months
* 1 year

#### **Access Permissions:**

This section allows you to decide who in the workspace can view your email inbox. You can choose from the following options:

* **Everyone**
* **Only me**
* **Specific member**

After completing the process, you will see the status of your email account. There are three statuses you need to know: Integrated, Action Required, and Processing.

* Integrated: Your email has been successfully integrated.
* Processing: Your email is still being integrated.
* Action Required: Your email needs to be re-integrated.

You can also edit your email box name by clicking the pen icon on the right ![](/files/LLjj6GITXm1gEwHZLtLU) in the Action column
