# Saved flows

This component lets you create the workflow and use the old one to send the reply with the message action if the customer triggers a workflow condition.

## I. How to use

* By clicking on the "Saved flows" component, you will add a blue block to your whiteboard, which will let you use the old template of another workflow you have created.&#x20;
