# Capture Customer Info

* By clicking the icon of the WorkFlow button <img src="/files/mS2otuhQqHwJK3cLukIJ" alt="" data-size="line">, you will be able to add the Capture customer info component.

* This component will have 2 options for you to choose from when setting the component.

* Use default: 5 fields that can be selected to collect the info.
* Use custom form: use the form created in the Form Builder (click [here](/marketplace/form-builder.md) to navigate this feature).
* Click "Save changes" to save the workflow, and "Publish" to activate the WorkFlow for your chatbot.
* You can click the "Preview" button to see the demo of this feature.&#x20;
